CLASSES:
KICKBOXING: Learn to use your 8 limbs to attack, defend and also to learn transitions to your grappling. You’ll learn elements of Boxing and Muay Thai.
BJJ GI: Learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in the traditional Gi (kimono). If you want to develop a complete ground game, this class is highly encouraged. Gi required.
BJJ NO GI/WRESTLING: Jiu Jitsu without Gi. Learn to combine wrestling with jiu jitsu to build solid submission fighting skills.
MMA: Combination of MMA STRIKING, BJJ AND Wrestling. We go over striking and submission grappling techniques to reinforce our weekly progress.
Wrestling: The grappling art of takedowns, control and pins. You’ll learn various techniques of freestyle and greco-roman wrestling necessary to build a complete fighting resume.
WHAT TO BRING:
KICKBOXING: 16 oz gloves, hand wraps, mouthguard (REQUIRED), shinguards
BJJ GI: Gi (Kimono), mouthguard.
BJJ NO GI/WRESTLING: Rashguard, shorts with no pockets, mouthguard.
MMA: MMA gloves, mouthguard (REQUIRED), shinguards
What if I don’t have any of the gear?
While bringing your own gear is preferred, we still encourage you to book a class and come dressed in athletic clothing. Equipment will be provided to you upon request.
