Become an efficient striker and boost your confidence by being part of our Kickboxing crew. This class is designed to help you build a strong base in this striking art and elevate your self-defense skills. It will also help you develop your stamina, so there’s no shortage of sweat in every session.

 

MMA (Self-Defense)

Don’t let the letters MMA intimidate you, because this class will help you hone the concept of “keeping an open mind”. In the MMA class, you’ll learn and observe how all the combat skills you are acquiring are put together to create an effective self defense system for you. Combining elements of striking, grappling and constant drilling, this class promises to boost your skills and confidence as well as helping you reach your fitness goals.

KIDS BJJ

4-7 Yrs Mon & Wed
4:30pm - 5pm

7 Yrs+ Mon, Tue, Thu
5pm - 6pm

Our kids program is year round to ensure that their progress is gradual and consistent. Kids who participate consistently in a martial arts program will notice a change of behavior at home and school. Jiu jitsu will help them build self-esteem, awareness, bully-proof skills and a “never give up” attitude.

 

BJJ (Gi)

Tue & Thu 12pm - 1pm

This class is designed for beginners with little or no experience. Here, you will learn the basic moves, positions, and the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu. This class will help you to learn step by step techniques that are essential to build a solid game in self-defense and grappling. You’ll also gain skills and knowledge that will help you in your everyday life, both personal and professional.

 

BJJ (No Gi)

Wed, Fri 5pm-6pm

This class is going to explore and practice different scenarios and positions practiced in BJJ without the kimono. This style is very popular both in BJJ and MMA since most fights that take place is without the Gi. This class will help you expand your grappling game.
